This is to give notice that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the IKA A's Youth Foil Class will be held on 25 September 2021 via Cisco Webex videoconferencing. The conference will be livestreamed to the A's Youth Foil Class facebook page.
An informal discussion forum may be organized during the A's Youth Foil European Championships in Montpellier if time and COVID restrictions allow.

Those IKA Full Members in good standing (National Class Associations having paid their 2021 annual subscription fee before 01 March 2021) wishing to make a submission for consideration by the IKA A's Youth Foil Class Annual General Meeting shall do so by sending their proposals by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Nominations
Those IKA Full Members in good standing (National Class Associations having paid their 2021 annual subscription fee before 01 March 2021) wishing to nominate a person for election to the position of Vice President Youth and Grassroots Racing shall do so by sending their proposals by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before 1200hrs UTC on 21 August 2021 (five calendar weeks before the AGM).

Delegate Appointment or Proxy Nominations
IKA Full Members in good standing (National Class Associations having paid their 2021 annual subscription fee before March 01 2021) shall confirm their appointed delegate or nominated proxy for the AGM by the President or Secretary of the represented NCA and authorize that person to vote on any submission on their behalf.

Observers
Those not appointed as a national delegate may attend as an observer but will not be able to speak unless invited to do so by the chairperson of the meeting.
