Notice of the 2019 Formula Kite Class Annual General Meeting

This is to give notice that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the IKA Formula Kite Class will be held during the 2019 Formula Kite World Championships in Campione Di Garda. The intended date (subject to racing schedule) is 2nd of May 2019.

Date: Thursday, 2 May 2019 (subject to racing schedule)
Location: Univela Campione, Campione Di Garda, Italy - exact meeting room to be announced.
Starting time: 20:00

Submissions
Those IKA Formula Kite Class Full Members in good standing (National Class Associations having paid their annual 2019 subscription fee before 01 March 2019) wishing to make a submission for consideration by the IKA Formula Kite Class Annual General Meeting shall do so by sending their proposals by email toThis email address is being protected from spambots. Delegate Appointment or Proxy Nominations
IKA Formula Kite Class Full Members in good standing (National Class Associations having paid their annual 2019 subscription fee before March 01 2019) shall confirm their appointed delegate or nominated proxy for the AGM by the President or Secretary of the represented NCA and authorize that person to vote on any submission on their behalf.

Observers
Those not appointed as a national delegate may attend as an observer but will not be able to speak unless invited to do so by the chairperson of the meeting.
